Where We Deliver
We deliver to serviceable locations in India, subject to courier coverage and delivery feasibility. Some remote, restricted or temporarily unavailable pin codes may not be serviceable. If your location cannot be served after an order is placed, we may contact you about an alternative or cancel the order and issue an eligible refund.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful placement and, where applicable, payment confirmation. We may contact you if billing, delivery, stock or security verification is needed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates shown on the site, at checkout or in messages are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual delivery can depend on the delivery address, courier operations, weather, public holidays, local restrictions, customer availability and order volume.
Shipping Charges and Tracking
Any applicable delivery charge is displayed at checkout before you place the order. Where tracking is available, dispatch or tracking details may be sent to the email address or phone number provided with the order. Courier tracking can take time to update after dispatch.
Your Delivery Details
Please provide a complete and accurate address, pin code, phone number and email address. Address changes may not be possible after an order enters processing or is dispatched. Please ensure that someone can receive the parcel if required by the courier.
Failed Delivery, Damage or Incorrect Items
A parcel may be returned or marked undeliverable after repeated failed attempts, an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or an unavailable recipient. If you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear supporting photos. Such issues are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
