These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vidhestore.com and purchases from VIDHE TRADING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Kretos", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately, but colours and details can vary depending on display settings and manufacturing variations. An order confirmation or payment receipt does not by itself guarantee acceptance where there is a stock, pricing, technical, verification or fraud-prevention issue.
We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or request additional information where reasonably necessary. Where we cancel an order after collecting payment, the eligible amount will be refunded according to the Refund and Returns Policy.

Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. The final payable amount is shown at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We are not responsible for bank-side declines, payment-provider outages or interruptions outside our control.
Delivery, Returns and Cancellations
Delivery estimates are indicative. Shipping, returns, replacements, refunds and cancellation eligibility are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The website content, including its text, product descriptions, photographs, logo, graphics and design, is owned by Kretos or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit it without prior written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kretos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site, delivery delays, payment interruptions or reliance on website content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
